The injuries caused by my then-husband but now divorced from him, that I incurred that day that I wrote about in "I'm Telling Someone" required the best Orthopedic Surgeon in Denver to repair. The MD was selected by his Peers as the best but I did not know that until he agreed to help me by repairing those terrible fractures to my ankle and fibula.  I want to publicly thank that Medical Doctor from Aurora Colorado for the goodness of his heart in repairing those fractures for me after the University of Colorado dumped me on the command of the man who was my husband but who either threatened the nurses; and/or lied to the nurses telling them I was not his wife, when I was his wife, because he was afraid I would tell them he was responsible for the injuries.

My exhusband was never prosecuted [to date] for the injuries he caused me even though he was arrested twice before for domestic violence against me, once before for domestic violence against his first wife, was arrested before that for possession of illegal substances [coc-aine] and had two hit and runs, was stopped again for possession of illegal substances; and each time "bought' his version of justice by bribes to a lot of people. I am adding this here because the legal system did not even attempt to prosecute him and made excuses for him and covered up his crimes and were influenced by the money he had from buying and selling coc-aine. I believe "justice" should protect the innocent not the guilty, and that it should be blind to money especially money gotten via crime, vice, and corruption, and sins. I do not know IF it will do any good to tell the world that 'justice' in Denver Colorado and Arapahoe County Colorado is more of kangaroo court than a real court. But when you come to Denver, keep this in mind. If you are injured while in Colorado you are essentially on your own, the legal system will not help you!

The Judges will tell you things like 'get a lawyer" if you want to be heard and the lawyers tell you to pay $5000 cash upfront if they think you are poor or not from Colorado [as in born in another State], but if you are an illegal emigrant from Mexico or Guatemala as my then husband was, then they assume you are rolling in money from selling coc-aine and they will bend over backwards for you.  Colorado is a state that cares less about US citizens than they care about the slave labor they import from Mexico, Guatemala and other Latino countries and since they cannot legally work, they wink-wink while the 'undocumented workers" as the slave traders like to call them buy-sell the identifying documents of other people to get low-paying jobs, then put them on the federal benefits programs [food stamps, A.N.D. funds, SSI, "allowances for drugs" etc,] at that agency to please Mexico on Federal Blvd in Denver. They exploit the Latinos in Gov Ritter's own words on his TV interview, and they will protect them; and do all possible to discredit, impoverish, ruin, even kill those who are not demoncrats or who oppose them politically [through starvation, stealing bank accounts, stealing US mail, allowing felons to run rampant who are known to be violent and sending them to "classes" to talk about the people they want to spy on, etc, etc,etc, ad nauseum. ]

Also Colorado has one of the nations' highest illegal substance abuse records and has for years. Their economy is driven by illegal drugs and the blood of innocents. They are the Afghanistan of drugs in America and the Baghdad of America because of the killing of innocents in the womb They have dozens of baby-killing-centers known in the common vernacular as "abortion centers".  Remember when and IF you come to Colorado that the risks of injury here are very great because illegal emigrants drive everywhere while on coc-aine and alcohol, the DMV knows this and does nothing about it, the Denver Police will protect their families from Mexico and not you;  and the Court systemm and Governor's slush fund is paid with "fines" from those felons and they have no interest in stopping crime, illegal immigration or dr-ug use in Colorado; and if you are injured they put the burden of the proof on the innocent *[the State makes no effort to protect the innocent] but lets the wicked do nothing  because they "protect felons to make sure they get their rights", and their "due process"; but has a "who cares? about you attitude if they know for certain you are the innocent injured but perceived to be too poor to bribe them.  The Courts and Clerks of Court and Judges required me to pay for copies every time I was summoned to Court as a witness; and never required my then husband to do that, who told the man he lives with that he makes $8,000/month from his sources [for drugs??] and  who is a wicked and evil man from the get-go. The so-called values of Colorado are what the demoncrats tout as their reason they think they should run the nation. Well, you ask yourself IF what I have described to you, pleases you as the way to run a country? It turns my stomach often to have to encounter those type of people here and have to endure their evil, or sue them to get 'justice". Also the Denver IRS office is corrupt and the catholic church plant there told me I had not filed a return for 2007 from Aurora when I have photocopies that prove I did file those returns, yet they try to funnel any tax returns to the catholic church. Colorado may look pretty in natural beauty but it is more corrupt than Nigeria because in the US most people have somewhere along the way, been taught right from wrong. Or that is true in the some parts of the nation, but in Colorado there is a "tolerant' of evil approach where one JUDGE in City and County of Denver even had the audacity to say he did not concern himself with "right or wrong" in any case. If you come to Colorado for any reason, bring cash [your ATM card may be at risk if you use it in Denver] bring a gun, for your protection to defend yourself in the State, and buy private disability insurance before you come.

* About proof, I have that and so does my surgeon and the University of Colorado and the Ambulance company and the Surgery Center that repaired my fractures,but the so-called Judges [four of five of them] got around that by not allowing me to introduce my medical records as evidence saying it was "not relevant to divorce " or "not appropriate for a civil court"** when what they really meant is that my then-husband's $1500/hour lawyer had gotten to them, and made some kind of deal to prevent me from testifying, in any way, and  moving the venue five times in a row, and charging me fees to reply that they did not require of the felon abuser [then-husband named Dana Ben Pappas], or even getting a "visiting" unknown  to the Clerk [what she told me] Judge to decide IF my exhusband then who had been ordered to pay me restitution by three judges but refused to obey those orders was in contempt of Court; when the State Legislature said he was, by definition since he refused to do what he was ordered to do by three Judges, and the Family Services Record is prima facie evidence of the fact that he did not do it [in December 2007] and has not obeyed the Judge's orders since then either.

**According to the ways the actual laws are written by the State Legislature any court in any county or any city is required to address the problems of domestic violence and the State of Colorado victims' fund is supposed to pay restitution for injuries incurred from domestic violence and the State is supposed to provide a lawyer to the victim to get real relief from the kind  of events I described here. However, the assigning of a lawyer  to the cause of protecting the innocents, depends on the approval of the same wicked Judge that refuses to address the issues in his court room! It is not a solution at all and the State Supreme Court knows it, and does not care either. Also, FYI, I have not filed a federal lawsuit yet, for violation of my civil liberties, denial of due process and personal injuries that resulted from failure of Aurora Police, and the Arapahoe County Probation Dept [my then husband was on two years probation when he injured me and for two previous domestic violence events against me] to enforce the  State's mandatory protection Act of Legislature Order for ME, that Judge Christopher Cross in Littleton Colorado ordered to protect me from violent then-husband.  However, I might do that but I want a Christian lawyer who was not educated in Colorado, not catholic, not taking bribes and kickbacks, not indifferent or hostile to women and/or wives, and who knows and abides by the written laws. There is a long time yet on the statue of limitations.
